Carrier - Plant A, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico ABOUT THE ROLE Experienced Enterprise Business Systems professional.
Responsible for managing or performing work associated with digital business analysis.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the coordination, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of various ERP business systems and databases.
Works cross-functionally to understand business requirements and proposes Digital solutions.
Coordinates, configures, develops, tests and deploys new and existing systems for optimal use.
Coordinates trainings on systems for relevant end users.
Coordinates sales force effectiveness digital initiatives across the organization.
Developing, configuring, and customizing in ServiceNow to fit business requirements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
Debugging and fixing technical problems.
Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.
Documenting code and application functionality.
Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.
REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of technical experience in ServiceNow platform.1+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD module is preferred.
Fluent conversational English level.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in either computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a similar.#LI-Hybrid
