    The Financial Analyst role includes responsibility for leading financial and business analyses and reporting to drive improvements across multiple business units in a matrix organization. In this role, you will leverage partnerships with finance and sales leaders to deliver high quality and timely analysis to aide in achieving revenue, profit and process simplification objectives. The analyst must understand the company's various businesses as well as functional areas. The analyst works closely with the business owners in addition to the accounting/finance organization to optimize costs and revenue. This position also performs special projects and significant ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

    • Lead the development of comprehensive financial forecasts, reports, and analysis.
    • Analyze data for reasonableness & review variances by considering sources, current business activities and historical trends prior to releasing information to business stakeholders.
    • Support strategic cost initiatives, track risks & opportunities to plan, and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis for customized data and reports in a knowledgeable and flexible manner to aid in business decisions.
    • Lead finance reviews with sales and operations leaders, including revenue and expense variance analysis, with ability to link financial results to operating drivers and recommend actions to support cost reduction and margin improvement objectives.
    • Ensure close linkage with senior leadership and their teams to meet cost & revenue objectives throughout the year.
    • Bring a strong finance background and process mind-set – working effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders across multiple businesses and functions.
    • Lead special projects delivering global FP&A synergy and process simplification.

    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
    • 1-5 years of finance experience, preferably in an FP&A role.
    • Excel mastery required.
    • Advanced Data mining skills – experience utilizing SAP, HFM, Qlik, Business Objects or other financial analytical tools.

    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to quickly collect, interpret, analyze and present financial data in an accurate and concise manner.
    • Excellent organizational skills providing the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities under tight timeframes.
    • Ability to establish credibility and be decisive and able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities.
    • Results and people oriented with sound judgment—ability to balance other business considerations.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and bias for action. We are looking for someone who will not settle with status quo and will drive innovation.
    • Highest integrity and ethics. Underpins all actions and decisions.
    • Team player – able to work in a matrix organization.
    • Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
