    Propósito del puesto

    Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de calidad de materiales de empaque. Participar en los procesos de la cadena de suministro para promover iniciativas de mejora. Realizar auditorías para el desarrollo de proveedores y almacenes. Generación de FERT ́s. Cumplir con los estándares de las BPM's para asegurar la Inocuidad y Calidad de nuestros productos. Conocer, cumplir y mantener los requerimientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente aplicables a su puesto.

    Resumen de actividades clave

    Administrar el programa de calidad de recibo y almacenamiento de materiales

    Manejo del Sistema SAP para revisión de Materias Primas y Material de empaque.

    En caso de Material no conforme realizar reporte correspondiente, captura de informacion en el sistema QIMS y su seguimiento con las áreas involucradas. Llevar un estadístico de proveedores por Incidentes para Material de empaque, generando planes de acción y solución de problemas que busquen la eliminación de los incidentes, así como el soporte a las líneas cuando hay una desviación.

    Revisión de inventarios en materias primas y empaques en estatus Q y S, en conjunto con almacén asegurar la rotación FIFO mediante sistema SAP y físico, soporte en la prevención y control de materiales caducos, obsoletos, dañados o rechazados.

    Bloqueo en sistema SAP de materiales de empaque en estudio o rechazadas

    Asistencia a juntas de PLM, para el seguimiento a los proyectos relacionados con material de empaque.

    Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio de etiquetas previo al arranque de nuevos productos (tabla nutrimental, leyendas precautorias, programas especiales como Gluten Free, Kosher, denominación de origen).

    Brindar soporte en la ejecución de pruebas para la revisión, verificación y validación de especificaciones de materiales de empaque de la planta, elaboración de Fert ́s

    Habilidades y conocimientos

    Auditor Líder SQF/FSSC22000/BRC o equivalente


    • BPM/HACCP / FDA/SQF/ Kosher / PEP


    • Conocimiento de Politicas y Regulación Vigente


    • Conocimientos básicos en procesos de manufactura y administrativos


    • Herramientas para análisis de causa raíz


    • Conocimientos de procesos de fabricación de ingredientes y materiales de empaque.


    • Experiencia en los planes de muestreo y pruebas aplicados a ingredientes y materiales de empaque.


    • inglés 80%, Paquetería Office y SAP


    • Conocimiento básico en SQM


    • Certificación Be Food Safety


    • Security (CTPAT)


    • Buenas prácticas de mantenimiento
