    Nuestros Red Bull Student Marketeers son parte del programa de embajadores de marca y producto más empoderado y dinámico del mundo. Ellos entienden a nuestro target y son responsables de manejar la imagen de la marca y el entendimiento del producto en sus universidades y área de influencia. El objetivo del Student Marketeer Program es alcanzar nuevos consumidores, conectarlos con la marca, aumentar las ventas y promover la marca en sus universidades. Esto incluye el contacto directo con consumidores y clientes, invitándolos a probar el producto, además de trabajar en eventos de Red Bull para asegurar que los consumidores vivan una experiencia inolvidable con la marca.

  • Vive y respira la personalidad de la marca y los valores de la empresa, representándola de manera excepcional a través de interacciones diarias con los consumidores y/o clientes.
    Aumenta la base de consumidores en los lugares y momentos adecuados, respondiendo de manera acertada a cualquiera de sus preguntas.
    Crea y ejecuta un plan personalizado e innovador en el campus, involucrando a los estudiantes y dando vida a la marca en tu universidad.
    Establece una sólida red de contactos, construyendo relaciones con personas clave.
    Comparte contenido unico de la marca a traves de tus redes sociales.
    Trabaja en eventos de Red Bull y eventos patrocinados para asegurar una experiencia de marca inolvidable para los consumidores.
  • Construye relaciones con los gerentes locales de puntos de venta y asegúrate de que Red Bull esté disponible y visible para los consumidores.
    Colabora con el equipo de ventas para abrir nuevos puntos de distribución de Red Bull en tu campus y alrededores.
    Aprovecha los recursos relevantes del mundo Red Bull para mantener la marca siempre presente en los puntos de venta de tu area de influencia.
    Asegura una ejecución perfecta de acuerdo con los estándares definidos para cada punto de venta.
  • Demuestra excelencia en la ejecución y atención a los detalles en todas las áreas de tu rol.
    Comparte ideas y colabora con el equipo.
    Planea y reporta tus actividades a través de la plataforma definida, de manera puntual y precisa.
    Contribuye al desarrollo de contenidos unicos para las plataformas de Red Bull proporcionando información local, tendencias y oportunidades interesantes.
  • Apasionado(a) por la marca y el producto de Red Bull.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Personalidad carismática, enérgica, positiva y extrovertida.
  • Inmerso(a) en la vida estudiantil, con amplio conocimiento del entorno universitario, la ciudad y la región, incluyendo actividades extracurriculares y lugares de interés.
  • Muy accesible y sociable, con capacidad para relacionarse con diferentes personas en diversas ocasiones.
  • Mentalidad creativa y de espíritu emprendedor, con un alto sentido de responsabilidad e iniciativa.
  • Capacidad para conciliar el trabajo a tiempo parcial y los estudios.
  • Afinidad y deseo de aprender y aplicar nuevas habilidades, especialmente en marketing y ventas.
  • Conectado(a) con diversos grupos e individuos influyentes en el campus.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.
  • Que se encuentre estudiando licenciatura de: Mercadotecnia, Negocios, Administración, Comunicación o relacionadas a partir del 3er semestre.
