Hardware in loop systems:
configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Debug / troubleshoot.
Understanding the schematics and layout.
Identify the hardware faults in the board, using lab tools (ex:
CRO, multimeter, etc.).Replace the faulty components (using the correct soldering methods).Test for correctness and prepare subsequent reports.
Maintenance of labcars and Lab assets.
Create a schedule for maintenance.
Inform stake holders in advance and reschedule if project team has some concern.
Complete the maintenance as per plan.
Update the maintenance report monthly to DL.
QualificationsRequired Knowledge:
Mandatory:
Good English speaking/writing.
Hardware debugging and testing.
Experience in Soldering including SMD components.
Inventory management.
Need to work in support topics, good communication skills needed.
Nice to have:
Experience in Automotive products.
Knowledge in CAN, flexray.
