- Brindar soporte operativo de nivel (nivel experto) para Firewalls, Proxies, IDS/IPS, NAC para resolver problemas comerciales críticos que requieren técnicas profundas de solución de problemas de red y análisis de rendimiento.
- Poseer de forma independiente el soporte de la infraestructura de seguridad para resolver problemas complejos y sugerir modificaciones de diseño según corresponda.
- Garantizar que se cumplan los SLA
- Realice el seguimiento y mantenimiento del entorno general
- Realizar controles de cambio.
- Participar en la resolución de problemas, planificación y análisis de capacidad, análisis de rendimiento y análisis de causa raíz.
- Comunicarse con compañeros y gerentes con respecto a problemas del sistema y participar en guardias x.
- Automatizar las tareas operativas para simplificar y robustecer los procesos.
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas complejas en un entorno dinámico, con plazos ajustados al mismo tiempo.
- Actualizar mapas de calor y planes de operaciones para la conectividad de seguridad de la red del campus
- Supervisar y analizar datos estadísticos para desarrollar planes de mejora para la seguridad de la red y el rendimiento de las aplicaciones
- Proporcionar un plan de capacidad de seguridad de red eficaz
- Desarrollar y monitorear informes de tendencias globales semanales y mensuales por sectores comerciales para justificar el crecimiento futuro
- Sirve como punto de escalamiento de alto nivel para operaciones de red para resolver incidentes críticos
- Certificaciones (PCNA, CCNP Security, CCDP, CCIE Security)
- Experiencia laboral en cualquier nube pública (Azure, GCP, Oracle, Aws u otras) o híbrida
- Experiencia en la nube Firewalls nativos o de terceros en la nube
- Redes de Azure o AWS (NSG, UDR, VPC, VNET, Route y otros)
