    Demand Planning Coordinator, your future position?
  • Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll use your mastery of market knowledge to develop the agreement forecast while supporting the effectiveness of the local market supply chain and customer service, and working together with Market Customer Care to identify Customer leads and prevent potential forecast issues
  • Your

main responsibilities will be:

Strategy design and execution

  • Implement Demand Planning strategy aligned with Sales and Operations Roadmap.
  • S&OP Process owner.

Project management

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in Demand Planning and participate in projects when relevant.
  • Develop together with Customer Care & Commercial team Forecast improvement projects in selected Customers

Subject matter expertise

  • Create the agreement forecast by enhancing the statistical forecast with market knowledge, customer forecasts and commercial forecasts
  • Reflect Customer insights of demand execution in Forecast, and prevent potential future issues.
  • Focus on non
- statistical forecast materials.

  • Review Statistical projections for non
- variable materials.

  • Monthly Gap Analysis with Forecast main offenders and action plans to correct them.
  • For assigned market, coordinate and facilitate monthly demand review meetings, and contribute on the supply reviews, and S&OP related meetings.
  • Perform together with Customer Care & Commercial, customer visits to understand customers' challenges, requirements and capabilities
  • Coordinate product life cycle management focusing on efficient introduction and removal of products
  • Identify opportunities for forecast accuracy improvement
  • Contribute & Manage early warning process and collaborate with site planning to ensure availability of capacity and raw materials in time for new win and at cost
  • Manage stockholding requests for finished goods
  • Manage demand planning hierarchies in system
  • Production Budget construction contributor for local production sites.
  • The position is based in
-
San Angel, México with a hybrid working model (4 days from home and 1 at the office) and requires visits to our site located in Cuernavaca 2 times a month


Your professional profile includes:


  • University degree in Administration, Statistics, Economics or similar fields.
  • At least 6 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset
  • Experience using analysis tools
  • Experience using ERPs (SAP preferred).
  • Advance Excel (can maintain complex functions) knowledge.
  • Advanced level of English.
