En SLO Desarrollos estamos en búsqueda de un Gerente Comercial para realizar las siguientes funciones, si tienes la experiência necesaria postulate*Gestión de la fuerza de ventas, reclutar, seleccionar, formar y capacitar al equipo de ventas.*Planeación, seguimiento y control de objetivos y metas, desarrollar, implementar y medir el funcionamiento comercial de la empresa.*Proponer e implementar mejoras en el proceso de gestión de ventas, medición de la efectividad de las estrategias de mercadotecnia y publicidad a través de reportes comerciales y de venta.*Realizar pronósticos de ventas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, orientado a resultados y a cumplimento de objetivos y metas.*Reportes ejecutivos a Dirección General y Consejo Administrativo.*Capacitación continua del equipo de ventas.*Relación y seguimiento con Instituciones de Crédito y Notarías, trabajará en colaboración con las áreas de Titulación, Administración de ventas y Cobranza.*Conocimiento nível experto en gestión y trámites INFONAVIT y otros.*Responsable de establecer una relación de confianza con Alianzas comerciales.*Deberá conocer, estudiar y analizar el mercado de maneta continua, entregará reportes de Estudio de Mercado y Análisis de la competencia.*Responsable de la operación de la oficina de ventas y diferentes puntos de venta en desarrollos.
