    We are pursuing Senior Principal Functional Consultants to integrate our team in Guadalajara, seasoned consulting specialists equipped with comprehension of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology frameworks within a product/technology group. Autonomously operates to supply top-notch deliverables for an engagement; undertakes diverse and intricate tasks that require autonomous judgment to execute Oracle products and technologies to satisfy customer demands. Applies Oracle methodology, organizational protocols, and top-notch tactics.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Engage in uncovering and documenting the NetSuite value for clients.
    • Cultivate high levels of contentment and reference-ability.
    • Grasp client business processes.
    • Comprehend enterprise operations to recognize and avert operational and system/technical issues and recommend operational enhancements with a strategic approach.
    • Propose proactive solutions to clients based on account and business knowledge.
    • Collaborate with other proficient team members.
    • Execute moderately complex issue resolution with aid and instruction in understanding and applying organizational policies and procedures.
    • Participate in steering the approach to address gaps and reach agreement with the Customer.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated expertise in defining requirements for intricate customizations and integrations.
    • Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering.
    • Robust Communication Abilities.
    • Devotion to enhancing Customer satisfaction.
    • Background in job responsibilities involving direct interaction or engagement with clients.
    • 3 to 5 years of consulting background.
    • ERP or CRM awareness (Oracle Fusion, HCM, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
