We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our global logistics team, together we can enchance our ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.Responsibilities:- Drive the deployment of operations within the country , and build partnerships with local key players in logistics.- Conduct market and industry research, create operation plans to address issues and hedge the risks caused by market or policy changes if needed.- Responsible for the SOP and operation performance indicator (KPI) of service vendors, and the strategic corporation with business partners.- Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve the key metrics of productivity, service quality, cost effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in supply chain operation management field or related degree.-Proficiency in English and Spanish is required for the role.-5 years of working experience in commerce marketplace operations.-Self-motivated and results driven, able to collaborate and the ability to influence stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:-Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment.-Excellent analytical, leadership, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.-Self-motivated and able to thrive in ambiguity and in a matrix environment.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
