    Requirements

    • Java 8+
    • Arquitectura Microservicios, Message Broker, Data Streams, Event Driven, Serverless FaaS, Best Practices, REST, SCRUM, Kubernetes, Docker, patrones de diseño, Oauth2, patrones de cloud,NoSQL, Spring Data, Unit Testing, API First.
    • Spring Boot, MongoDB, Apigee, Spring Data, AWS , Spoc

    Responsabilidades Principales:

    1. Liderazgo Técnico: Proporcionar liderazgo técnico y orientación al equipo de desarrollo de Java. Definir estándares de codificación, arquitectura y mejores prácticas.
    2. Diseño y Arquitectura: Colaborar en la definición de la arquitectura de software y en la toma de decisiones de diseño, asegurando que las soluciones sean eficientes, escalables y cumplan con los requisitos funcionales y no funcionales.
    3. Desarrollo Activo: Participar activamente en la codificación y desarrollo de software en Java, asumiendo tareas de desarrollo críticas y contribuyendo al código base.
    4. Gestión de Proyectos: Colaborar con los equipos de gestión de proyectos para estimar el esfuerzo y el tiempo necesario para las tareas de desarrollo, y asegurarse de que los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
    5. Mentoría y Entrenamiento: Entrenar y guiar a los miembros del equipo en el desarrollo de habilidades técnicas y en la adopción de mejores prácticas de desarrollo en Java.
    6. Resolución de Problemas: Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos, tanto a nivel de código como de infraestructura.
    7. Calidad del Código: Garantizar que el código Java cumple con los estándares de calidad, sea mantenible y esté libre de errores críticos.
    8. Evaluación de Tecnologías: Evaluar nuevas tecnologías, herramientas y bibliotecas que puedan mejorar la eficiencia y la calidad del desarrollo de software en Java.
