For one of our Client in the Insurance Segment, we are searching for a Java Tech Lead. **Responsibilities**: - Independently lead complex technical initiatives within your team.
- Mentor and lead developers by cultivating curiosity and deep technical understanding.
- Explore technical needs and bring solutions to the table.
- Set the technical strategy for your team.
- Ensure highly interactive response times. Avoid allowing performance bottlenecks to creep into the system. **Skills**:
Must have
- Java/J2EE and related services (Jquery, JSP, JPA etc.)
- Angular
- HTML5/CSS3
- Oracle Database
- Deep understanding of Web Services and Microservices
- Master of Agile Operating Model Nice to have
