- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to understand their needs and translate them into ServiceNow requirements.
- Expert in Designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet organizational needs. This includes configuring complex application components in the service portal, forms, tables, and logic workflows.
- Expert in writing and maintaining scripts using JavaScript, Glide Script, Angular JS/NodeJS, HTML/CSS, and other scripting languages to automate processes, create rules, and enhance ServiceNow functionality.
- Expert in Integrating ServiceNow with other third-party applications and systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within ServiceNow, ensuring proper security and data protection. Expert in Maintaining licenses within entitled for compliance.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance, usage, and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, architecture flow diagrams, and changes made in the ServiceNow platform.

- Minimum IT experience of 10 years
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (ITOM/ITAM-CMDB/HRSD)
- In-depth working experience in at least 2-3 other application modules such as SAM, HAM, ITBM, Service Portal, or Integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using LDAP, SSO, mid-server, web services, email, and other relevant technologies
