Our team is growing and we are looking for a
Data Protection Specialist to be based in México.

Job Duties And Responsibilities:

Prepare General Policy in Data Protection
Identify and document Data Treatments
Elaborate a complete description of all data treatments in the company
Support his line Manager in reporting when necessary Data Breachs in Data Protection issues to the competent Authority
Coordinate reports when the International Transfer of Data is going to take place.
Assist in Data Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA).
Other related to the position.

Experience & Qualifications:

Knowledge or experience of Mercantile/Commercial law. (Review of Memorandum and Articles of Association, Power of Attorney, Certificates, Shareholding Structure, Ultimate Beneficiary owner, service contract agreements etc.)
Knowledge or experience in General Data Protection Law
Knowledge in GDPR legislation
Intermediate Englis level
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Experience working in a fastpaced, hypergrowth environment
Knowledge of Onetrust is really desirable
Knowledge of Microsoft Purview is a big plus.
