    Descripción

    OBJETIVO:
    Organizar, controlar, archivar y dar el correcto seguimiento a las órdenes de compra recibidas del cliente


    RESPONSABILIDADES:

    - Atender a nuevos prospectos para clientes.
    - Verificar constantemente el stock de producto terminado de los clientes.
    - Recuperación de cobranza con los clientes.
    - Mantener una comunicación constante con el cliente para cubrir sus necesidades y realizar negociaciones.
    - Seguimiento a los sistemas de gestión de la empresa (Calidad y Ambiental) cumpliendo con los estándares Internacionales y minimizando riesgos.
    - Actividades Multifuncionales.
    - Control de inventarios.
    - Desarrollo de nuevos proyectos.
    - Gestionar los stocks mínimos y máximos en bodegas foráneas, realizar transferencias y etiquetar envíos.
    - Establecer y mantener un sistema de trabajo alineado a los estándares de calidad y ambientales de la compañía.

    ESCOLARIDAD REQUERIDA:

    MÍNIMO: Preparatoria
    DESEABLE: Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia

    EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA: 1 a 3 años en ventas, control de archivo y documentos, trato directo con clientes, Inglés 70-90% hablado y escrito

    Manejo de Excel, Sistema AS-400, facilidad de palabra
