Deseable experiência en programación, emisión de reportes dashboard o dashboard en excel._Funciones:
_
Asegurar el control de servicio a clientes, mediante el monitoreo de folios desde el alta del servicio, la entrega de resultados, la emisión de reportes, facturación y pago. Generar el tablero de control de folios.Detectar y comunicar atrasos potenciales en la prestación de servicios, para comunicar a las áreas responsables y tomar acción inmediata para prevenirlos.
Llevar el estatus de cada uno de los folios de servicios comprometidos con los clientes, en el Tablero de control de folios.
Emitir reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales sobre el cumplimiento con los servicios comprometidos con los clientes. Análisis de tiempos de atención y creación y seguimiento de planes de mejora._Propuesta:
