    Objetivo general del puesto: Es responsable de brindar información y atención telefónica al personal, clientes y proveedores que llegan o llaman a la empresa, así como apoyar con la reservación de salas para las diferentes reuniones que se tienen en los pisos asignados.

    Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Atender al personal, clientes y proveedores de Grupo Macmillan
  • Registrar ingreso y salida de visitantes, a través del registro con su identificación oficial y toma de fotografía
  • Contestar llamadas y derivarlas al departamento correspondiente
  • Recibir, registrar y canalizar, correspondencia y/o paquetes que lleguen a la empresa vía mensajería nacional e internacional
  • Solicitud de tarjetas de presentación con el proveedor asignado y posterior entrega con el interesado
  • Llevar el control de la cuenta de mensajería internacional y nacional
  • Asignación de salas de juntas

    • Perfil – Conocimientos y Habilidades:

  • Carrera técnica o comercial trunca.
  • Paquetería Office
  • Inglés básico - A2
  • Al menos 6 meses en posición similar
