Role and Responsibilities:

Design Excellence:

Transform design intent into meticulous Construction Drawings, refining concepts into constructible parts and details.
Leverage advanced Revit skills to create comprehensive architectural models, drawings, and documentation that ensure accuracy in construction processes.

Collaborative Excellence:

Partner with esteemed USbased architectural firms to contribute to diverse projects that push creative boundaries.
Manage the endtoend architectural process, bridging the gap from conceptualization to design execution.

Communication and Coordination:

Provide detailed documentation, redlining, and seamless coordination with design teams and clients.
Engage in effective communication with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Compliance and Expertise:

Stay updated on industry codes, regulations, and best practices, ensuring designs adhere to legal standards.
Conduct indepth research to validate project information and mitigate potential risks.

Innovation and Problem-Solving:

Demonstrate creativity and problemsolving skills to deliver innovative design solutions that align with technical and budgetary constraints.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 8 years' extensive experience in architectural design, excluding apprenticeship experience.

Proficiency in Revit software with a strong portfolio showcasing complex architectural models and documentation.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, creating ingenious design solutions within technical and budgetary limitations.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, effectively engaging with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards for commercial construction.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
Professional architect licensure.
Ability to work efficiently and independently within US business hours.
