    Senior Project Architect

    We are seeking a motivated and accomplished professional to collaborate on intricate building projects. This exciting position combines your design expertise with advanced project management abilities. As Senior Project Architect, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery while upholding code and regulatory standards. Working closely with senior teams, you will provide technical guidance, lead project execution, and act as a crucial liaison.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take the lead on projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
    • Offer technical direction to maintain code and regulatory compliance.
    • Foster effective collaboration with senior colleagues, bridging communication gaps.
    • Utilize advanced Revit skills to optimize design and project efficiency.
    • Bring commercial expertise in large-scale mixed-use projects.

    Additional Information:

    • Regular in-office and on-site presence is mandatory.
    • This position does not support remote work.
    • We welcome applications from passionate and highly qualified architects.

    Requirements:

    • Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
    • Registered Architect with over 20 years of experience, particularly in large-scale projects.
    • Solid background in commercial expertise within large-scale mixed-use projects.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase, fast-paced building complexes.
    • Strong leadership in project management and technical guidance.
    • Proficiency in Revit for design integration and collaboration.
