    Misión:

    Brindar soporte técnico a los equipos de las distintas tecnologías de ensamble industrial de IAS como dispensado de adhesivo, remachado autoperforante o atornillado. Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento, análisis, revisión y reparación de equipos de acuerdo con los requisitos del cliente. Ser un consultor técnico y desarrollar aún más la relación con el cliente, manteniendo un alto nivel de compromiso y eficiencia en su trabajo, buscando y logrando continuamente mejoras en los procesos del cliente.

    Responsabilidades:

  • Revisión de equipos de dispensado, remachado o atornillado
  • Análisis de fallas y determinación de soluciones
  • Reparaciones de equipos utilizando la información técnica disponible
  • Operación de herramientas de reparación y prueba
  • Orden y limpieza en el área de trabajo
  • Atención a quejas y necesidades de los clientes
  • Elaboración de reportes y documentación de actividades según tipo de servicio
  • Promover la venta de servicio y refacciones en el área asignada, apoyando al coordinador comercial de servicio y el equipo de ventas con información puntual y recomendaciones
  • Cumplimiento con los requisitos del cliente
  • Proporcionar al cliente los productos de servicio disponibles
  • Identificar las necesidades del cliente para recomendar los productos requeridos
  • Mantener constante comunicación y buena relación con el cliente
  • Viajes nacionales y alta disponibilidad para atender a distintas plantas de clientes
  • Ocasionalmente viajes internacionales

    • Experiencia:

  • Experiencia en mantenimiento industrial o en producción

    • Conocimientos:

  • Manejo de Microsoft Office
  • Inglés técnico avanzado

    • Formación:

  • Título universitario en ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, mecatrónica, robótica o afín.

    • Competencias:
