Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?- Identify problems, analyze data and propose solutions.- Effectively interacts with members of all cross functional departments.- Build, configure, unit test and implement solutions based on lower-level designs.- Analyze and propose metrics/KPIs that matter then design reporting and analytics.- Knowledge of developing solutions using Power Automate (cloud flows & desktop Flows.- Develop, execute and document low code requirements for business units.- Support management of day-to-day data PowerApps process for issue resolution through business units.- Understand agile framework and use agile tools.- Continuous Improvement and evolution of tools & systems.
Bachelor's degree in Programming / Engineering or relevant field3+ business or IT analyst experience
1+ year of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)Technique knowledge on data manipulation tools and analysis techniques
Design and structuring of databases and mining (flows and architecture)Business intelligence tools (Power BI)
Knowledge of SQL, Java, HTML and PythonEffective listening and communication skills (both English and Spanish)
Negotiation and influencing skillsExcellent conflict management skills
Innovative thinkingAbility to quickly adapt to changes and handle ambiguity effectively
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in virtual environmentAbility to self-manage, plan and prioritize
Proficient at gathering requirements and documentation
