    Primary Purpose of the Position:


    • Asegúrese que el proyecto cumpla con todos los requisitos normativos locales e internos de seguridad, ambientales y de otro tipo

    • Garantizar el diseño, la instalación, la modificación y la capacidad de mantenimiento adecuados de los equipos, edificios e instalaciones nuevos y existentes de la planta.

    • Proporcionar el soporte de ingeniería y mantenimiento necesario a la organización de producción para promover la producción de productos de la más alta calidad al menor costo posible.

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Garantice los cumplimientos normativos de seguridad, ambientales y de otro tipo trabajando con los miembros del equipo apropiados en temas de EHS, siguiendo la implementación de la liberación de seguridad obligatoria y mejorando continuamente la comunicación entre todos los departamentos relevantes.

    • Preparar estimaciones de costos, justificar financieramente proyectos, preparar presupuestos, revisar diseños, supervisar instalación y puesta en marcha. Investiga nuevos equipos, sistemas y procesos para avanzar en las operaciones de la planta. Realice un seguimiento y garantice el cumplimiento de los gastos de ingeniería y el presupuesto de capital

    • Brinda soporte técnico para los servicios públicos de la planta, los acuerdos de servicio, las órdenes de servicio por contrato y los permisos. Apoye el mantenimiento de averías de la planta al: proporcionar soporte técnico, participar/dirigir el análisis de fallas de causa raíz y crear una solución de ingeniería para eliminar los problemas de mantenimiento cuando sea necesario.

    • Facilitar el proceso de gestión del contratista y auditar periódicamente el trabajo del contratista para garantizar que se sigan las prácticas de trabajo seguras y los procedimientos operativos estándar.

    • Resolver todos los problemas del proyecto que requieran cualquier tipo de soporte de todas las funciones adecuadas a través de Project Escalation.

    Education:

    • Ingeniero mecánico, mecatrónico, o a fin en área de ingeniería

    • Desired: Project management professional (PMP)

    Experience:

    • Mas de 3 años de experiencia como Project manager en un entorno industrial. Experiencia en trabajar con miembros de equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios para lograr objetivos definidos en cada proyecto.


    • Experiencia en diseño de equipos, junto con ingeniería de proyectos o gestión de proyectos.

    • Definición de alcances de trabajo

    • Definir y administrar su presupuesto, incluido el presupuesto de Proyectos que forman parte de su Proyecto/Sistema


    • Experiencia en Construcción


    • Ampliaciones de nave o de planta, participación en nuevos edificios, supervisión de una nueva planta.


    • Experiencia en proyectos de instalación de maquinaria

    Knowledge:

    • Requiere la capacidad de dirigir grupos de trabajo multifuncionales para lograr objetivos, metas y cronogramas operativos y de equipos de instalaciones.

    • Layouts, gestión de hojas de cálculo y bases de datos. Requiere fuertes habilidades de comunicación, comerciales, técnicas, analíticas y de planificación.

    • Capacidad para comprender los diseños de la planta, la estimación de capital, la estructura de costos de los neumáticos, los procesos de equipos de fabricación.

    • Habilidades demostradas de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.

    • Experiencia en técnicas de resolución de problemas un plus: DMAIC, A3. Experiencia con Optimización de Planta un plus.


    • Conocimiento e interpretación de

    • Microsoft Project, AutoCAD

    • Política ISO 14001

    • Objetivos Ambientales

    • Qué es ES 14001

    • Elaborar Matriz de Aspectos e Impactos Ambientales y Controles Operacionales

    • Elaborar una evaluación y riesgos del SGA

    • Cumplimiento de los Requisitos Legales Aplicables a su zona

    • Asistir a Auditorías Internas del SGA ISO 14001:2015 aplicable a su área.

    • Cumplir con los requisitos de la norma ISO 14001:2015

    • Demostración de poder llevar una máquina a Energía Cero

    • Ser entrenador del ICHE

    • Aplicación de las normas relacionadas con los procedimientos LOTO e ICHE

    • Ser capaz de elaborar un procedimiento ICHE para el control de Energía

    • Dominar idioma inglés AVANZADO
