- Experience as a service delivery manager is advantageous.

- Attention to detail and ability to create and present comprehensive proposals.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Architect with experience in digital workplace solutions, preferably with expertise in BPO, data center (servers), and help desk assembly. Experience as a service delivery manager is highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess excellent proposal creation and presentation abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to develop and present offers and bonds. The primary responsibilities include designing technology solutions tailored to the digital workplace needs of various clients, creating proposals and budgets, presenting them to clients with the support of the sales team, and collaborating with various departments within the company to bring these solutions to fruition.
