- Managing Potential Leads and Endorsing to Regional Sales Managers
- Preparing sales quotations and documentation for Sales Management
- Creating Purchase Agreements and Invoices
- Qualifying customer POs and Book orders
- Sending Signals to Warehouse
- Generating CIPL for Good to go requirements
- Monitoring orders for proper revenue recognition
- Coordinating with support groups for customer satisfaction
- Archiving documents as per requirements
- Reviewing Bill of Ladings and Sending approvals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Logistics
- 1-2 years in Customer Service, Order Management, or BPO
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Oracle and Salesforce
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
