    Your Purpose: You are an engaging team leader leading the Talent Acquisition service team ensuring we find the best talents and our talents have a flawless employee experience.

    Your Tasks

  • You develop and lead your team of talent acquisition experts.
  • You lead your team to execute Talent Acquisition processes following global standards and at the same time deliver more senior / complex talent acquisition needs yourself.
  • You always aim for global standardization/harmonization while simultaneously taking into account local differences.
  • You optimize processes and tools related to Talent Acquisition in close collaboration with the Global Process and Global Delivery Owner.
  • You implement standards, policies and KPIs for TA processes and ensure the fulfillment.
  • You adapt innovative and flexible global solutions to your local context (e.g. innovative processes, talent pool).
  • You facilitate integration/consistency in Talent Acquisition to leverage synergies.
  • You control and monitor processes (KPI tracking) for Talent Acquisition and ensure that targets are met. Your Profile

  • With a university degree in economics, psychology, business administration, or a related field under your belt, you boast several years of experience in the recruitment realm and have first leadership experience.
  • You are able to engage and lead a team.
  • You are able to lead and influence virtually and cross-culturally.
  • You are service and KPI / data driven.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You possess a strong digital savviness; any experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and/or ACONSO is a benefit.
  • HR at Beiersdorf is an international environment, you thrive in an international team.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish. Additional information
