Posting description:
Join our team as a Cash Equities Operations Analyst and support our trading desk for equities. You'll coordinate with teams from different locations and utilize your analytic abilities to ensure regulatory compliance. Your participation in the automatization of the daily operations through our robotics program will be expected. As a control area, you'll reinforce control procedures and review daily trades.

As a Cash Equities Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for trade confirmation, allocation, invoicing, and regulatory reporting. You'll also participate in the testing of new system versions to ensure the operation and correct functionality of systems.

Job responsibilities:

Perform validation and control on assignment in general
Monitor and tabulate systems that meet both the regulatory and operation sides
Generate reports that meet business needs
Reinforce control procedures and review daily trades

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

High degree of responsibility
Proactive
Able to work under pressure
Resultsoriented and organized
Sensitive use of confidential information and the urgency of processing transactions in the trading desk
Teamwork
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field
Proficiency in English
Trading support experience is a plus
