- Manage the receiving operations, shipping operations, centralized warehouse, and overall order management process.
- Direct activities and set expectations within the Warehouse, such as: improving daily shipping efficiency, taking corrective action to close operational performance gaps, and initiating continuous improvement.
- Guide Warehouse Metrics reporting to the area manager
- Ensure that daily and weekly time reporting requirements are met through the Kronos system.
- Coordinate PPG's relationship with 3rd party staffing provider, working to ensure seasonal coverage needs are met.
- Excel (can perform complex functions). Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Diploma required, with at least 3 years' experience in warehouse/shipping/logistics/supply chain, plus 2+ years supervisory experience.
- Must be familiar with operations of power equipment.
- Languages English at least one year of fluid
