      Requirements:
    • Recently graduated professional (Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar)
    • 25 years and older
    • 80-95% Bilingual English / Spanish
    • Intermediate Excel

    • Responsibilities:_
    • Daily balances and bank account reconciliations
    • Issuance, recording and control of receipt of accounts payable and receivable invoices
    • Payment Schedules
    • Cash Flow
    • Creation and analysis of budgets
    • Administrative procedures
    • Process Documentation
    • Analysis of Financial Statements
    • Preparation of monthly information for accounting records
    • Real Estate Management
