- Advise local and transit authorities on best practices for implementing cutting-edge solutions in transit technology, revenue systems, digital parking, and curbside management.
- Champion our company's digital solutions to relevant stakeholders and forge strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and transportation providers.
- Play a key role in developing and implementing transportation/mobility pilot programs with local authorities and transit authorities.
- Contribute to the future of transportation by shaping and implementing solutions that improve urban mobility and connectivity.
- Technical Expertise & Solution Development:Understand, propose, and define Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) solutions for transportation and transit projects. Experience in revenue systems consulting or implementation would be an asset.Integrate APIs into various interfaces for transportation/transit projects, including smart city solutions and mobility apps.Lead or contribute to the development of mobility apps, from conception to implementation.
- Data Analysis & Evaluation:Apply strong Big Data analysis skills with a focus on transportation and transit data, leveraging advanced SQL techniques for data manipulation and analysis.Analyze and evaluate data at various scales (regional, city, zone) considering key transportation/transit variables.Analyze transit/transport data collection outputs and guide the methodology based on best practices.
- Project Management & Communication:Manage subcontractors and review their outputs or deliverables.Collaborate in setting up workshops for clients and public outreach, contributing to workshop design and delivering design outputs.
- Visualization & Reporting:Create strong graphical presentations of plans, diagrams, schematics, and similar visuals.Contribute to writing and structuring technical reports, memos, and presentations.Assist with preparing proposals, budgets, and schedules.
- Additional Responsibilities:Work with interdisciplinary project teams to provide liaison, support, and expertise to clients and stakeholders.Support project managers with task management and project coordination.
- Master's degree in Transportation Planning, Transportation Systems, or a similar field with a focus on mobility and transportation systems.
- Civil, Systems, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a similar field with a focus on mobility and transportation systems.
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and spoken English language ability.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in transportation, mobility, technology and mobility app development, ideally with experience in Mexico and Latin America.
- Experience managing small to medium size projects with a focus on ITS systems, mobility apps, transit technologies, and similar studies.
- Strong proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite and good graphical presentation skills.
- High proficiency in handling, analysis, and evaluation of large datasets (ideally Big Data) using advanced SQL techniques and other data analysis tools like Python, R, etc.
- Strong understanding of emerging and sustainable mobility options.
- Proficient in transit technology and transit data analysis.
- Ability to stay current with the rapidly evolving transportation technology landscape.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong industry partnerships.
- Experience working with local and transit authorities.
- Experience in developing and implementing transportation pilot programs.
- Bilingual English/Portuguese.

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (Spanish/English) Transportation Technology Expert with a Master's degree in Transportation Planning, Transportation Systems, or a similar field with a focus on mobility and transportation systems to join our team and drive innovation in urban mobility.
