What is this role about?:


What awaits you in this role:

  • Regularly update account and contact information
  • Generate new leads and accounts for the business
  • Organize marketing and event campaigns in coordination with relevant teams
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge and proficiency in sales technology
  • Track sales data to identify trends and potential opportunities
  • Use sales technology to vet domains and accounts
  • Add new accounts and remove uncategorized accounts as needed
  • Monitor and assign inbound leads effectively
  • Coordinate Sales Development Representative (SDR) account shuffles
  • Prepare reports as required by Sales Leadership and team members
  • Edit and update dashboard reports to ensure data accuracy and relevance

What we are looking for:


  • Command of English at a B2 level
  • Availability for fulltime work
  • Proficient in using computers and related technologies
  • At least 6 months of professional experience in customer service or a similar customerfacing role
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce
