    DESCRIPCION DE PUESTO:

    Responsable de coordinar las órdenes de compra en el área de producción y de que se produzcan todos los pedidos a tiempo para ser embarcados y así cumplir con las expectativas del cliente en cuanto a tiempo de entrega y calidad.

    Asignar y supervisar tareas impuestas a los jefes de línea y asegurarse de que se cumpla la meta diaria de producto terminado y de mejora continua.

    Dar soporte y apoyo a los supervisores de las diferentes áreas donde sea requerido.


    RESPONSABILIDADES:


    • Dirigir un equipo de 20 a 30 empleados
    • Determinar fluio de producción en base a los pedidos
    • Elaborar reportes de Producción e indicadores para alcanzar metas
    • Entrenamiento del personal de nuevo ingreso
    • Participacion activa en el proceso de mejoramiento continuo
    • Habilidad de toma de decisiones técnicas
    • Monitorear que todo el personal porte su equipo de seguridad y/o realice sus actividades
    • Ayudar en el seguimiento y creación de SOP's
    • Retroalimentación 1 a 1 con el Líder de grupo y personal clave para la organización
    • Ser responsable por el cumplimiento de calidad en su departamento
    • Realizar trabajo en impresión de pantallas
    • Comunicar efectivamente las necesidades de la empresa, producción y proce4sos a su equipo
    • Realizar una evaluación efectiva y objetiva del personal a su cargo
      Requisitos:
    • Carrera universitaria terminada
    • 2 años de experiência como Supervisor de Producción
    • Experiência en industria manufacturera
    • Ingles avanzado
