Proporcionar servicios de soporte en sitio y de escritorio a los usuarios finales.
Crear, configurar y solucionar problemas de instalación de la imagen "Gold" en aplicaciones y componentes de hardware de PC y portátiles del cliente.
Experiencia en la sala de reuniones y videoconferencias.Experiencia en impresoras, escáneres y otros periféricos. Experienciae en dispositivos móviles, como iPads, iPhones y dispositivos Android.
Experiencia en Copia de seguridad y restauración de datos del usuario final cuando sea necesario en el curso de un incidente de servicio.
Soporte de manos inteligentes para equipos de centros de datos Reemplace las tarjetas de componentes defectuosas en el equipo del centro de datos según lo recomendado por el soporte técnico de TCS, por ejemplo, retire un módulo y reemplácelo, reconectando los cables de conexión.

Proporcionar servicios de soporte de escritorio a usuarios finales de forma remota. Admite impresoras, escáneres y otros periféricos. Admite dispositivos móviles, como iPads, iPhones y dispositivos Android. Experiencia en el uso de un sistema de registro de llamadas como SNOW, Remedy, etc. Conocimientos prácticos de Windows 7/10 y conocimientos prácticos relacionados de plataformas de hardware actuales y heredadas.
Experiencia en la creación, configuración, reemplazo y solución de problemas del sistema operativo Windows, aplicaciones de Microsoft y otras aplicaciones de uso diario como VPN, Adobe, etc.
