- Ability to develop and execute plans.
- Certification in quality management, such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean, is desirable.
