- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clubes de precio asignados, comprendiendo sus necesidades y objetivos comerciales.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollar planes estratégicos para aumentar la participación en el mercado y la rentabilidad.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas interno para ejecutar iniciativas de venta y promoción adaptadas a las necesidades de los clubes de precio.
- Analizar datos de ventas y tendencias del mercado para identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades de negocio.
- Coordinar con los departamentos de marketing y merchandising para desarrollar e implementar campañas promocionales y estrategias de exhibición efectivas.
- Negociar contratos, precios y condiciones comerciales con los clubes de precio, asegurando un equilibrio entre los objetivos de la empresa y las necesidades del cliente.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales y resolver de manera proactiva cualquier problema que pueda surgir.
- Realizar análisis de la competencia y mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado para mantener una ventaja competitiva.
- Proporcionar informes regulares de desempeño y análisis de resultados a la gerencia, identificando áreas de éxito y oportunidades de mejora.
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing u otra disciplina relacionada.
- Experiencia previa en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria de productos de consumo o retail. (5 años mínimo en posiciones como KAM)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para influir y negociar de manera efectiva.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas, con capacidad para interpretar datos y tendencias del mercado.
- Orientación al cliente y habilidades de servicio para mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, colaborando con diversas funciones dentro de la organización.
