- SAP SF certification : Mandatory in one of Employee central, Compensation, Succession , Performance and Goal management modules within SF.
- TSR: ERP HCM Lead.
- Experience: Min 5 years of SAP SF experience in implementation and Support Projects. Two support project experience preferable.
- Experience in Incident handling, Bug fix, Service request, Problem management, P1 ticket handling, RCA for P1, Knowledge document creation etc).
- Experience in developing user training documents, user training and test case preparation.
- Experience in handling small CRs as part of L2/L3 SAP SF support.
- Strong understanding of interfaces between SuccessFactors and other Non SAP applications.
- Strong understanding of Master data management within SF modules (User Master Data, Troubleshooting Master Data issues etc).
- Ability to work as part of a cross functional team and communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
