Government Administrative Sales Coord

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Management, control and development of quotations strategy for different commercial partners and Institutions based on commercial strategy.
  • Processing of purchase orders corresponding to both, direct sales commercial model and distributor commercial model.
  • Government purchase orders management through institutional supply platforms or by direct contact with stakeholders (IMSS, ISSSTE, INSABI, etc.)
  • Management and control of SAP customer registration processes (Ship to / Sold to) for both, direct commercial model and distributor commercial model.
  • Management and control of institutional payment authorizations for direct commercial model.
  • Stock management, analysis for distributor commercial model according to defined strategy.
  • Returns and exchange management for both, Sales Models direct sales commercial model and distributor commercial model.
  • Properly align the information required in the invoicing process enhancing timely recovery of cash flow.
  • Tender and bids performance analysis to identify key success factors to increase Bayer's portfolio in the Tender channel
  • Close teamwork with Commercial and Access teams in order to work in Action Plans definitionbased on specific needs by TA.
  • Execution of new projects and innovative initiatives in order to maximize Nets Sales for the tender channel
  • High sensitive information management for Internal Audit purposes

Who are you

  • Administrative bachelor degree.
  • 1 year managing commercial and Tender processes desired
  • Tender sales process across centralized and decentralized institutions knowledge
  • Strategic capabilities (Contributes to longterm planning by anticipating environmental changes and needs of stakeholders. Integrates field insights with strategy development, and actively engages external stakeholders in this process)
  • Leadership capabilities (Engages and develops solid relationships with internaland external stakeholders; Communicates openly and honestly with all colleagues; Manages conflict and difficult conversations in a constructive, transparent way).
  • Excel knowledge and databases management
