    El rol de Especialista en cuentas- Mangueras vende directamente a los clientes con un enfoque técnico en los productos de mangueras. Este rol se enfoca en desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas, identificar clientes potenciales y administrar las relaciones existentes con los clientes específicamente para los productos de mangueras.

    DEBERES DE TRABAJO:


    • Vende directamente a los clientes principalmente a través de interacciones cara a cara para fomentar relaciones sólidas y mantener la satisfacción del cliente.


    • Evalúa las necesidades del cliente y sugiere productos, servicios y/o soluciones apropiados.


    • Genera nuevos negocios, ventas cruzadas y ventas repetidas a clientes nuevos y existentes mediante el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de ventas, la identificación de clientes potenciales y la gestión de las relaciones con los clientes existentes.


    • Desarrolla y entrega ofertas de venta, propuestas y presentaciones y realiza demostraciones de productos.


    • Trabaja con el Gerente de Sucursal para proporcionar planificación comercial para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y productos.


    • Personalmente responsable de la asignación de tiempo y las prioridades para alcanzar los objetivos y aplicar esfuerzos a oportunidades de alto retorno de la inversión.


    • Realiza otras tareas que se le asignen.

    EXPERIENCIA EDUCACIONAL:

    Por lo general, requiere un diploma de escuela secundaria o GED. Por lo general, requiere experiencia en la industria y las ventas.

    CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES, HABILIDADES:


    • Conocimiento de productos industriales: transmisión de potencia, hidráulica, neumática y alimentación de molinos.


    • Conocimiento de los sistemas de la cadena de suministro.


    • Confiable, organizado, detallado y enfocado.


    • Conocimientos informáticos moderados, incluida la comunicación interna y externa por correo electrónico.


    • Habilidad para usar Microsoft Office, dominio de Excel.


    • Habilidad para realizar múltiples tareas y administrar bien el tiempo.

    SUMMARY:
    The Account Specialist-Fluid Power role sells directly to customers with a technical focus on Fluid Power products. This role focuses on developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and managing existing customer relationships specifically for Fluid Power products.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Sells directly to customers primarily through face-to-face interactions to foster strong relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.

    • Assesses customer needs and suggests appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.

    • Generates new business, cross sells, and repeat sells to new and existing customers by developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and managing existing customer relationships.

    • Develops and delivers sales bids, proposals, and presentations and conducts product demonstrations.

    • Works with Branch Manager to provide business planning to reach product and sales goals.

    • Personally accountable for time allocation and priorities to reach goals and applying efforts to high ROI opportunities.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
    Typically requires a high school diploma or GED. Typically requires industry and sales experience.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

    • Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic and mill supply.

    • Knowledge of supply chain systems.

    • Reliable, organized, detailed and focused.

    • Moderate computer skills, including communicating internally and externally via email.

    • Ability to use Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel.

    • Ability to multitask and manage time well.
