- Assist the client to solve problems related to quality and product delivery in order to maintain a healthy and productive relationship, anticipating possible problems.
- Ensure the control of suppliers to guarantee that all the raw material that arrives at the plant meets the quality requirements that are established.
- Guarantee that the products and processes meet the established quality requirements in order to have reliable products.
- Monitor floor quality to ensure that all process and product controls are performed in a timely manner and that any necessary corrective actions are taken.
- Validate and launch new products to ensure that the customer that the new processes are capable of delivering products with the required quality.
- University degree in relevant field
- Fluent English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry as same position
- Extensive Experience with Customer's Contact and specific Customer Requirements
- Guarantee that the products and processes meet the established quality requirements in order to have reliable products.
