Supervisar la ejecución de la incorporación de Construramas y las Empresas Clientes Profesionales en la aplicación Digital Storefront.
Principales responsabilidades
Gestionar la ejecución de la incorporación
1. Reunirse con los propietarios y el personal de Construrama, que califiquen para participar, para presentar el programa Digital Storefront, los procesos de incorporación y qué información se necesitará
2. Coordinar reuniones con los clientes, el Construrama identifica para participar en el programa Digital Storefront, para darles a conocer el programa, los procesos de onboarding y qué información se necesitará.
3. Capacitar a la (s) persona (s) que tendrán la responsabilidad principal de facilitar la incorporación de Construrama y las empresas clientes profesionales
4. Monitorear el progreso diario del proceso de incorporación en cada Construrama y empresa cliente profesional.
5. Coordinar con el facilitador de incorporación de Construrama apropiado para resolver los problemas de incorporación que surjan.
6. Facilitar soporte para resolver problemas técnicos de Construramas y empresas clientes profesionales que acceden a la aplicación Digital Storefront.
Supervisar el rendimiento de la incorporación
1. Establecer y comunicar los objetivos de nivel de servicio de rendimiento de incorporación
2. Solicite a Construramas y empresas de clientes profesionales que proporcionen comentarios sobre la eficacia de la incorporación y la experiencia general
3. Recopilar y comunicar informes sobre el desempeño general de la incorporación y la satisfacción del cliente.
4. Identificar áreas y programas de mejora.
Retos del puesto
• Lograr un nivel de adopción alto en la tienda en línea de los Construramas dentro de la oferta (Clientes con compra, órdenes, facturación).
• Lograr una madurez aceptable en las tiendas en línea activas dentro de (Número de productos en el catálogo, clientes registrados).
• Lograr que más Construramas cuenten con tienda en línea (Experiencia B2B y B2C).
Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos
Escolaridad:
• Licenciatura en Negocios, Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado.
Experiencia requerida:
• Ecommerce (opcional).
• Atención a clientes.
• Impartir capacitaciones.
Conocimiento requerido:
• Gestión de programas o proyectos complejos
• Familiarizado con la suite de Microsoft (es decir, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
Competencias críticas:
• Comunicación: Comunicación verbal y escrita efectiva a todos los niveles de la organización (ejecutivos, pares, subordinados), así como a los propietarios de Construrama, al personal y a los consumidores de forma regular.
• Liderazgo: capacidad para contratar empleados y resolver conflictos, así como mantener a los empleados motivados y concentrados.
• Organizacional: Capacidad para gestionar simultáneamente múltiples Construramas y empresas clientes profesionales integradas simultáneamente y muchas piezas móviles.
• Resolución de problemas: capacidad para reconocer los problemas a medida que surgen y anticiparlos antes de que ocurran.
Relaciones
Internas: Equipo comercial (director, Gerentes, Asesores), Equipo de desarrollo (Jefe Regional, Asesores), Equipo MKT, Equipo Supply, Equipo Ecommerce.
Externas: Construramas, clientes finales.
