Job Purpose:

Assist the marketing and sales phone campaigns through leads management.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • List development for telephone campaigns using all available sources
  • Managing the leads using database management.
  • Increase pipeline volume, agent talk time, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize campaigns by measuring different ratios related to closing deals.
  • Track all activity and provide timely reporting against agreed performance metrics
  • Assist departments with extracting data from dialer
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure lead management initiatives meet departmental needs
  • Enrich leads database.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:


  • ViCiDial experience desired
  • Expert skills in database management software, like SQL
  • Understanding of performance metrics
  • Have own equipment and internet provider
  • Advanced english
