- Construir y hacer crecer un portafolio de clientes utilizando información comercial para identificar necesidades futuras, incluyendo multinacionales y PYMEs.
- Desarrollar una estrategia de contacto con clientes y realizar llamadas de desarrollo comercial.
- Organizar reuniones y asistir a presentaciones con clientes potenciales.
- Mantener y desarrollar relaciones con clientes existentes para asegurar negocios repetidos y exclusivos.
- Asesorar y comprometerse con los clientes para entender sus necesidades y vender la solución más apropiada. Gestionar todo el proceso de reclutamiento.
- Identificar y atraer candidatos potenciales utilizando herramientas de búsqueda. Mantener una base de datos precisa de candidatos.
- Entrevistarcandidatos para entendersusrequerimientos.
- Proporcionar asesoramiento sobre condiciones del mercado.
- Trabajar como miembro integral de un equipo, motivándose mutuamente y comunicándose efectivamente.
- Hacer networking interno para construir relaciones comerciales que puedan convertirse en oportunidades comerciales.
- Cumplir con los objetivos de facturación trimestrales.
