Responsibilities:
- Build a partnership with the Sales team to be proactive on employee engagement, productivity, and organizational planning.
- Provide leadership and employee coaching in the areas of performance management and comp strategies.
- Play as a critical role to build a diverse and inclusive business & organization culture for employees to work
- Manage day to day HR processes with the Generalists.
- Evaluate and respond to human resource issues and when appropriate assess and anticipate HRrelated needs on operationalize programs and services, (e.g. Employee Health, Wellbeing and Safety, Leave Management, etc.).
- Partner with the Talent team on identifying resource needs and the talent acquisition process
- Primary/Lead Employee Relations contact to assist managers and employees in resolving issues.
- Provide coaching and counsel on workplace issues, consistent with policies and practices, including performance management, harassment, discrimination, and terminations.
- Responsible for HR analytics and metrics reporting solutions based on business needs.
- Partner and collaborate with the business operations on key HR programs
- Project Management Leads and/or participates in team projects that address strategic initiatives as directed by the HR Director
- Work closely with management and employees to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Leverage expertise in organizational design, team development, talent/workforce planning, change management, and strategic planning.
- Provide handson recruiting support as necessary to grow the team.
- Help build a culture which inspires and motivates employees.
- Excellent people management skills
- Offer insight based on systemic thinking, inquiry, and analytics.
- Think broad, spot trends, proactively communicate and act in accordance to the team operating norms to contribute to a strong HR team across the Region.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business and/or related field;
- Minimum of 8 years Human Resources experience with at least 4 years as Business Partner in an evolving global organization
- Prior experience working Strong understanding of Sales organizations
- A proven track record and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong knowledge of LATAM employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to promote team collaboration by building an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
- Excellent project management skills, a bias for action and problemsolving
- Resultsoriented, dedicated and driven to achieve results
- Solid knowledge of HR systems and applicant
- Strong attention to detail, creative, openminded, persistent, highly collaborative and passion for and understanding of Fortinet business.
- High integrity; experience working with sensitive and confidential situations
- Excellent judgment, flexibility, and organizational skills required to carry out multiple, diverse assignments and projects
- Proven track record of driving, leading, creating and managing employee relations, performance management, and data analytics/reporting
- Require handson tactical execution in daytoday operations
- Strong consultative and analytical skills
- Superior verbal & written communication skills
- Creative and pragmatic problem solver
- Bilingual: English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
