What You'll Do:


  • Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and addressing productrelated queries.
  • Leverage experience in ecommerce to guide customers through the purchasing process and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
  • Engage with customers across various platforms, ensuring consistent and highquality support.
  • Be prepared to provide support via phone when necessary, offering a personalized and empathetic experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the expected timeline, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer support processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement changes that enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential and existing customers.
  • Report customer feedback and platform issues to improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to deescalate stressful situations.
  • Suggest products and services to clients based on their requests and needs.

What You Need:


  • Previous experience in a customer support role in an ecommerce environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and multitasking in a fastpaced setting.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Empathetic and enthusiastic approach to customer interactions.
  • Selfsufficient with the initiative to propose and implement process improvements.

Salary & Benefits:


  • Competitive salary.
  • This is a fulltime (40 hours per week), longterm position.
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
  • Work from home.
  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/ 1 hour accepted)
  • PST.
