Your skills:
Troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues
Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktop, printer, laptop.
Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management. Good people skills.
Basic knowledge of networking to perform smart hand activity under instructionbased activities at sites
Knowledge in Active Directory for all Service Provider personnel's

Your Tasks:

The position is on-going and for 40 hours a week. The technician will deliver the user support for the maintenance of the end-users at our customer's location.

JOB DUTIES:

Inventory control
Manage Tickets on SNOW
Deal with suppliers (external)
Help Desk
Handle or able to manage Office 36
Cloud
Install devices printers, laptops, desktops.
Configure laptops, printers (images)
Remote support
Support with simple administrative tasks
