    Your skills:
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues
  • Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktop, printer, laptop.
  • Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management. Good people skills.
  • Basic knowledge of networking to perform smart hand activity under instructionbased activities at sites
  • Knowledge in Active Directory for all Service Provider personnel's

Your Tasks:

The position is on-going and for 40 hours a week. The technician will deliver the user support for the maintenance of the end-users at our customer's location.


JOB DUTIES:

  • Inventory control
  • Manage Tickets on SNOW
  • Deal with suppliers (external)
  • Help Desk
  • Handle or able to manage Office 36
  • Cloud
  • Install devices printers, laptops, desktops.
  • Configure laptops, printers (images)
  • Remote support
  • Support with simple administrative tasks
