    Overview

    :
    • Assisting Blue Yonder in its digital transformation by providing support towards continuous optimization of it's HR information systems.

    Scope:

    • Core responsibilities to include the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of minor and major Workday HR system enhancement requests
    • Ensuring the integrity of HR systems are efficiently utilized, maintained and available throughout the extended organization
    • Provide critical thinking and problem-solving to support the HR functions at Blue Yonder

    What you'll do:

    • Perform HR system functional and technical system activities including configuration, security reporting and managing scheduled releases
    • Analyze enhancement request requirements and system capabilities to provide feedback and gap analysis
    • Serve as a technical advisor for the business and participate in enhancement design and scoping efforts to assist with planning and prioritization
    • Manage HR system projects to ensure that the activities are executed accurately, completely, and on time
    • Participate in various HR projects to provide technical HR system support
    • Maintain security access in the Workday HR system to ensure data security and compliance
    • Perform routine data loads as needed to support organizational changes in the HR system
    • Monitor case support queue and assist the business as needed with HR system related questions and issues
    • Assist less experienced team members offering design and technical guidance and provide training as needed

    What we are looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in related field or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Administrative or Analyst type role working with the Workday HCM platform
    • Minimum 5+ years of working with HCM applications preferred.
    • Experience with more than one of the following areas within the Workday HCM Platform: Onboarding, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, Compensation, Time Off and Leave, Reporting
    • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to absorb new technologies and features quickly
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong team player who can work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
