    The Role:


    We are looking for a
    Talent Acquisition Advisor to be part of this amazing and fast - growing fintech to make sure we bring the best talent to join Clip while sustaining our culture and fast-paced growth.

    As a brand ambassador of Clip, this person should thrive in an ever changing environment, transmit the passion of being a Clipper and live the company's values inside and outside its walls.


    What will I do:


    • Own the end to end cycle of the recruiting process
    • Collaborate and communicate with business teams to fully and clearly understand hiring needs.
    • Consult and influence business stakeholders.
    • Connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields. +3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles.
    • Proven track record working in a fastpaced environment.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills both in English and Spanish.
    • Creative mindset, adaptable, problem solver, able to deal with ambiguity.
    • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is required.
    • Proficient in the use of job boards.
