JOB DESCRIPTION:


Purpose of Role- The main objective of this role is to offer the booking reconfirmation service to limited keys clients by proactively contacting hotels/suppliers to reconfirm their bookings in order to prevent book out and relocation cases- This role will involve adhering to set service targets and KPIs and delivering work of high quality with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality control.- Support the development of a high-performing service culture.


  • Accountabilities & Weighting
  • Reconfirming the bookings for selective clients.
  • Sending the notification to clients /Global Supplier Operations team in case of booking rejection/denial according to the process agreed.
  • Be flexible and provide support to all members of the Reconfirmation or other functions as and when required.
  • Monitor and develop own performances on regular basis, including pending case following up.
  • Participate in the meeting to review business, operations, and performances with Supervisor+
  • Challenges
  • Work with short deadlines (lastminute bookings)
  • Sense of urgency and be able to prioritize when working with online tools and webmail.
  • Consistently meeting deadlines within service level agreements with significantly high attention to detail.
  • Repetitive actions may provoke a lack of interest in a short time
  • Some situations may require exploring alternative solutions.
  • Use initiative and logic to respond to queries and escalate complex problems to supervisors.
