- Provide daily procurement operation service in dedicated areas (countries, categories) in line with relevant processes and procedures, and contribute to team goals described in KPIs
- Ensure compliance throughout indirect procurement operations in dedicated areas - influence end-users into compliance, always keeping the 'user-easiness' and 'user-friendliness' in mind
- Actively identify areas for catalog coverage extension, cooperatate with relevant stakeholders on catalogs implementation as well as effectively engage of end users to ensure increasing of usage
- Ensure use of Danfoss preferred, strategic and approved suppliers in accordance to Supplier Portfolio Strategy; feedback on Category Strategy, vendor base, vendor performance; run projects within dedicated buying category as per agreement with the business strategy
- Understand procurement systems and processes in-depth; have expertise to efficently handle procurement operation service
- In close cooperation with Focus Area act as a trainer for other team members; provide regular trainings for end users to enhance their capabilities and accountability for high quality input and complience
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in english
- Knowledge in procurement, legal, customer service, accounting, logistics
- Communication skills and good analitical skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
