    Procurement Manager - Gerente de compras-Procurement managers areresponsible for sourcing and purchasing the best quality equipment, goods, and services at the most competitive prices to enable a company or organization to operate successfully


    Requisitos- Edad:

    Mayor de 30 años
    • Estudios: Profesionales de Ing.
    Mecánico Administrador, Ing. Industrial o carrera afín
    • Experiência en compras directas e indirectas en industria manufactura y metal mecánica
    • Contabilidad General.
    • Nível de inglés avanzado, escrito y leído
    • Técnicas de la cadena de suministro
    • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo
    • Conocimiento en metodologías Lean Six Sigma, 5's.

    Funciones:

    • Buscar y desarrollar a nuevos proveedores que permitan cumplir con requerimientos de sistema de gestión de calidad y cumplir con los servicios solicitados.
    • Definir en conjunto con áreas productivas, los níveles óptimos de materias primas y mantener stock para garantizar operación optima de las líneas productivas.
    • Mantener contacto directo con principales proveedores para conocer condiciones de mercado que puedan afectar suministro.
    • Lidera/contribuye a iniciativas multifuncionales para optimizar la entrega a tiempo del cliente, el tiempo de entrega, el inventario, la utilización de recursos y la precisión de los pronósticos.
    • Brinda liderazgo local para el desarrollo de mejores prácticas en sistemas de planificación y ERPs integrados.
    • Liderazgo y desarrollo de personas.
