Estamos buscando estudiantes con interés en realizar prácticas en área de recursos humanos.

Actividades:

Llevar el control de pagos a proveedores.

Revisión de inventario de reconocimientos de aniversario y catbucks.

Apoyo en redacción y diseño de comunicación interna a nivel Latinoamérica.

Participación en proyecto de mejora en el área de RH

Control de entrenamientos

Soporte en auditorias

Revisión mensual de movimientos de empleados en sistema

Participación en organización de eventos

Apoyo general en actividades de RH.

Requisitos:

Estudiante 4to. Semestre en adelante de las siguientes carreras: Lic. en Recursos Humanos, Lic. Administración de Empresas, Lic. En Mercadotecnia, Lic. Psicología Laboral, o carreras afines.

Manejo de Office

Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado

Experiencia en manejo Canva (Software de Diseño)

Interés y conocimiento en diseño básico

Horario Cumplir 30 hrs. Semanales.

Compromiso / Responsabilidad / Disposicion a aprender y conocer de los procesos de Recursos Humanos.

No requiere experiencia.

Beneficios:

Apoyo económico $6,500 mensuales.

Zona de prácticas: Via Coordillera, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León
